Your order will be posted from our Brisbane or Gold Coast warehouse depending on where you are located. Please allow 2-10 working days for delivery once your order is dispatched for same country orders, and 3-4 weeks for international orders.
We use standard country rates which means you are charged accurately based on where you are and what you order. You will be sent confirmation of shipping and be able to track your delivery.
Please double check your delivery address as there may be a re-delivery charge if the address is incorrect. Also, carefully check your phone number and email so we can get your order to you safely and quickly.
Please note, for orders shipped outside of Australia, recipients may be required to pay import tax and customs duty.
One more thing
Please remember, colours can vary from your phone screen to your computer screen to real life, so if you’re placing a large order, you may want to talk to us about ordering samples first at hello@potterandmash.comReturns
We hope you love your Potter & Mash. order as much as us, but if you do change your mind or it isn’t quite what you were expecting, we can offer a refund within 30 days of purchase if the product has not been used. We ask that you pay the return postage for these these items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.
For custom orders, as these are made to order, we will unfortunately be unable to accept returns.
